The Dremel High Speed Cutter 6.4mm (117) is made of high-grade steel, perfect for use on softer materials like wood, plastic and soft metals such as aluminium, copper, and brass.

The curved shape can be used for deep removal or to hollow out material. Use the sides to cut flat areas or round edges. The tip makes round-bottom slots and grooves and can be used for rounded side cuts. With High Speed Cutters, a less aggressive, more frequent pass will always produce better results than pushing too hard or forcing the tool through the material. Use higher speeds for hard woods, slower speeds for metals and very slow speeds for plastics (to avoid melting at the point of contact).
